When you subscribe to any yearly plan, we ship a TX9 TV Stick media player to each of your locations at no extra cost — with free shipping to the US and Canada. It's yours to keep as long as your subscription is active.
Is shipping free?+
Yes. Shipping is free to the United States and Canada on every TX9 TV Stick — whether it's included free with a yearly plan or purchased for $50 with a quarterly plan.
What's the difference between quarterly and yearly?+
Both plans are $8/screen/month. Quarterly is billed every 3 months for flexibility and the TX9 is a $50 one-time purchase (free shipping). Yearly is billed annually and includes a free TX9 TV Stick per screen (a $50 value each), also shipped free.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Quarterly plans can be cancelled at the end of each 3-month term. Yearly plans run for 12 months. There are no cancellation fees.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
Yes — networks with 50+ screens qualify for Enterprise pricing with custom terms. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
