We truly provide you with an end-to-end solution. Here is a brief overview of the services we offer:
Consultation: We offer free in-person or over the phone consultation. We will collect a few details about your business, marketing or communication strategy and budgetary requirements. Our experts will then recommend a digital signage solution that is suitable for your specific business need and budget. We are agnostic when it comes to products whether software or hardware. Our philosophy is to recommend a solution that is of value to our client and proves to be a great return on investment.
Installation: We have a network of installation partners across Canada and the US. We will survey your locations and propose an install plan that takes both functionality and aesthetics into account. We will provide you with a proposal that includes the design and an estimate. Our friendly field technicians will then ensure that your digital signage equipment is professionally installed. This includes installing the displays unit, associated mounts, wiring and cabling. Whether you have one location or hundreds we will work with you and your partners to manage the entire install for you.
Creative Content: We have partnered up with creative and cost-effective third party content developers that can help you with all of your content needs be it static, animations, motion graphics or videos. Customers are also free to select a content developer of their choice.
E Display Signage as a Service (EDisplay SaS): We offer the SaaS model for customers that do not have internal IT staff or do not want to be involved with buying costly software and hardware then build, manage, and maintain it. In this model we simply host and maintain all of you signage network cost-effectively for a fixed monthly fee.
We will maintain your network in a world class data centre that can handle any capacity and has 24/7 reliability and redundancy built-in. Our platform allows you to make use of any types of advance functionality like multiple zones, Tickers, RSS feeds, IP Video. You do not have to fill out any online forms, upload files to a website or wait on the phone for representative to become available. We work with each customer on a personal level. You will be able to talk to your account manager over the phone or through email as you choose. You can request changes to your content and schedule throughout your network at anytime and as many time as you need.
If we sell you the displays and players, then our SaaS model also include supporting your hardware in the field for no extra charge. This means should anything go wrong with your displays or player hardware we will work with the manufacturers to have it fixed or replaced if within the warranty period.
Professional Services: We can also help you if would like to instead go with an internally deployed digital signage server solution. After consultation and proposing a product, we will work with you and your staff to deploy the solution on your network. Depending on your need we can be onsite to manage the deployment ourselves or work remotely with your personnel and assist them in the deployment. Our professional services team also has the expertise to integrate with your other systems like Point of Sales. Our Professional Service is priced on a project by project basis and as always our aim is to deliver quality service cost-effectively.
Training: We offer a training session for your staff at the time of install or later on at your convenience. We are also available for ongoing and additional training as you need it.
Extended Warranties and Service: Most of our products come with 3 year manufacturer warranty. However should you wish to take out an extended warranty we work with our partners to offer extended warranties and support plans at competitive prices. This enables customers to have peace of mind.
